By downloading, registering for, accessing, or using LingerLoom (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the LingerLoom Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the App.
LingerLoom is a peer-to-peer secondhand marketplace platform that provides online listing, discovery, communication, and transaction-matching functionality.
Users may:
LingerLoom provides an information and communication platform only.
LingerLoom does not:
Transactions between users are independently arranged and completed by the users.
LingerLoom may offer an optional auto-renewable Premium Membership subscription.
Premium Membership may include the following benefits:
Premium Members may publish more listings than users on the free plan, subject to applicable platform rules and content policies.
Eligible listings associated with Premium Membership may receive priority placement according to LingerLoom's applicable display and ranking systems.
Priority Exposure does not guarantee:
Eligible listings or user profiles may display a Premium badge while the applicable membership benefit is active.
Premium Members may upload more photos per eligible listing than users on the free plan.
Premium Members may access additional filtering options for searching and browsing listings.
Premium Members may access available listing-related analytics, such as views, favorites, interest indicators, or other engagement information provided by LingerLoom.
Analytics are informational only and do not guarantee listing performance.
Premium Membership subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple's applicable subscription rules.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Subscription charges are processed by Apple.
LingerLoom does not receive your full payment card information.
Refund requests are handled according to Apple's applicable refund policies and procedures.
Deleting your LingerLoom account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
LingerLoom may offer optional digital consumable tools that users can purchase through Apple In-App Purchase.
These tools are designed to provide additional listing-management functionality.
Available tools may include:
A Listing Refresh Card allows an eligible listing to have its listing activity/update status refreshed within the LingerLoom platform.
After successful use, the listing may display an updated activity or update time.
A Refresh Card does not guarantee:
A Featured Badge Card allows an eligible listing to display a Featured badge for a limited period.
The Featured badge is a visual listing status provided by LingerLoom.
A Featured Badge Card does not guarantee:
A Listing Renewal Card allows an eligible listing to renew or extend its active listing status according to the applicable listing rules displayed in the App.
Renewal does not guarantee:
All consumable listing tools are digital goods used within LingerLoom.
Purchases must be completed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
A purchased consumable tool is added to the user's available tool balance after the transaction is successfully verified.
Each consumable tool is consumed when the corresponding action is successfully completed.
Daily Usage Limitation
To maintain marketplace fairness and prevent excessive repeated actions, LingerLoom may limit the use of certain tools on the same listing.
Unless otherwise stated in the App:
If an action is temporarily unavailable because the listing has already used the applicable tool, the App may display a message such as:
"This listing has already been updated today. Please try again tomorrow."
A usage restriction does not cause a purchased consumable tool to expire.
Unused consumable tools remain available until they are consumed, subject to applicable account, service, and legal requirements.
Consumable listing tools:
Consumable tools are intended only for the LingerLoom account that purchased them.
All digital purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
LingerLoom does not independently process credit card or other payment information for these digital purchases.
The applicable price is displayed in the App before purchase.
Apple may provide transaction receipts and transaction identifiers to verify purchases.
Users are responsible for reviewing the displayed product, quantity, and price before confirming a purchase.
Refunds are subject to Apple's applicable refund policies.
LingerLoom cannot independently guarantee or approve refunds for purchases processed by Apple.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all listing information is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
Users must not:
LingerLoom may remove listings or restrict account functionality when necessary to maintain platform integrity and user safety.
Users may not list, promote, sell, or facilitate transactions involving prohibited goods or content, including but not limited to:
LingerLoom may remove prohibited listings and take appropriate enforcement action.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to LingerLoom.
By uploading content, you grant LingerLoom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, transmit, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to:
This license ends when the content is deleted, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or technical purposes.
LingerLoom may use automated tools and human review to detect, investigate, and remove prohibited or inappropriate content.
We may:

LingerLoom does not participate in transactions between buyers and sellers.
Users independently determine:
Users should exercise appropriate caution when meeting another person.
LingerLoom does not guarantee:
Users are responsible for their own decisions and safety.
The LingerLoom App, including its software, design, interface, trademarks, logos, documentation, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to LingerLoom.
You may not:
the App or its proprietary components without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
You may delete your account at any time through the account deletion functionality provided by LingerLoom.
Account deletion may affect access to unused digital tools or other account-associated services, subject to applicable law and Apple's applicable policies.
LingerLoom is provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
Paid listing tools provide only the functionality expressly described in the App.
Purchasing a digital tool does not constitute a guarantee of commercial results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LingerLoom shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
Material changes may be communicated through the App or other reasonable means.
The updated Terms will include a revised "Last Updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
